We have consolidated our Support Tickets to make them easier to navigate. They are now located under our "Support" page, or by clicking on "Support Tickets" at the top of the page.

Support Tickets
Welcome to our Support Ticket page. Please select from the following categories to be transferred directly to that area of our ticketing system. To check on the status of an existing ticket, please click on "Existing Support Tickets" and have your tracking number or email address available.
 

Please choose a category:

  • General Computer Support
    - This includes general questions for your desktop, laptop, or servers. You will need to know what operating system you are using (i.e. Windows XP, Mac OS X 10.4.7, etc.).
  • Web Services Support
    - This includes support for Web and/or Email Hosting, including password resets. You must be listed as an administrator of your account in order to have you request processed. Requests for modifications of the administrator list must be submitted on company letterhead.
