Why can't I send email
when I know my software is configured correctly?
If you are having trouble connecting to your
email account, first make sure you have set up
SMTP Relay in your email account. Please contact
you account administrator to verify this setting
is turned on.
Be default, your SMTP Relay is limited to a certain
number of relays per day. This is called your
Daily SMTP Relay Limit. This limit is different
for each account type. Deluxe accounts usually
have 250, where Premier accounts usually have
1000.
Can I Bypass SMTP Relay?
Depending on your ISP, yes you can. Some ISP's,
however, restrict you from sending out email through
any other server but there own. In this case you
will have no other alternative but to use their
SMTP server settings. For your convenience, we
have listed several local SMTP server settings
for some of the local ISP's. If your ISP is not
listed here, you will need to contact them to
get your correct settings.
