HOW DO I CHECK MY REPAIR STATUS?
Using your Repair Claim Ticket (example on right), you can easily check the repair status of your computer anytime. Simply go to the link shown on the Repair Claim Ticket (If you are here then congratulations, you have already completed this step).
Once you are here, simply locate the Work Order ID Number located on the upper-left side of the Repair Claim Ticket. Insert this number into the space above labeled Work Order ID.
Next, locate the Customer Phone number listed on the Repair Claim Ticket and place the last four digits into the appropriate space above.
Almost done! Now simply click on the button labeled “Check Repair Status” and enjoy the repair status of your computer.
