Accessing meetings from mobile has never been this easy. The GoToConnect app shows upcoming scheduled meetings, lists the recurring meetings attendees are assigned to for quick access, and allows the configuration of reminders and joining meeting with a single tap. With GoToConnect mobile, users can manage webcams, meeting session viewing and audio output preferences – as well as viewing and managing the list of participants attending the meetings. And if your meeting participants don’t have the GoToConnect app, it’s not a problem – GoToConnect will allow your guests to join any meeting through a simple web URL.
Just like GoToConnect for desktop, it offers the best in class telephony solution powered by Jive. With GoToConnect mobile, users can make and receive calls, host 3-way calls, swap calls, and manage warm or blind call transfers. Users can also easily switch between multiple extensions they have access to, hide Caller ID, enable a Do Not Disturb mode and manage their PBX and phonebook contacts.
